Referrers: Individuals or entities such as buyer agents, mortgage brokers, and others in close contact with landlords are eligible to participate.
Referred Clients: Must be new clients who have not previously engaged with Propflows and who subscribe to our services using a valid referral code.
Account Creation: To participate in the referral program, referrers must sign up and create a referrer account through our partner, Stripe, using Stripe Connect. A unique signup link will be sent to the referrer's email address provided during registration.
Information Accuracy: Referrers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the signup process. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the program.
Referral Code: Upon successful account creation, referrers will be provided with a unique referral code.
Submission: Referred clients must enter the referral code during the subscription process.
Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful when the referred client:
Amount: Referrers will receive a bonus of $100 for each successful referral.
Payment: Bonuses will be paid within 30 days after the referred client's payment is confirmed.
Self-Referrals: Referrers cannot refer themselves or their own companies.
Existing Clients: Referrals of current or past clients of Propflows are not eligible.
Multiple Referrals: If a potential client is referred by multiple referrers, the bonus will be awarded to the referrer whose code was used during subscription.
Program Changes: Propflows reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Termination for Cause: Any fraudulent activity or breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of the referrer's participation and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.
Client Information: Referrers must keep all information about referred clients confidential and use it solely for the purpose of the referral program.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
